About the event
Golden Grove Retreat is a gorgeous spiritual sanctuary tucked away in the hills of Carmarthen. You will be staying in a huge, renovated barn house with natural light beaming in from the many wall-length windows and panoramic views of the beautiful Welsh countryside. There is a hot tub on site, a wood fired sauna and plunge pool! A large yoga studio with picturesque views just in case the weather is not favourable to practice yoga outdoors. The land surrounding the retreat has plenty of walking trails for you to connect with mother nature. There are two patios’, a fire pit and BBQ area for gatherings, and plenty of communal areas in the main house.

This weekend will be an introduction to Kundalini Tantra Yoga with Danielle as your guide. On this tranquil weekend we will journey through the bodies energy system with a series of movement, meditation & breathwork.…
