Discover balance, strength, and serenity from the comfort of your home. This general yoga class offers a holistic practice that nurtures your body and mind. Each session includes: Grounding & Centring: Begin with gentle techniques to settle into the present moment and connect with your inner self. Pranayama (Breathwork): Learn calming or energising breathing techniques to enhance focus and vitality. Meditation: Cultivate mindfulness and mental clarity throughout your practice. Asana Practice: Explore a variety of poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, tailored to all levels. Additional Elements: Every class may feature extra tools for wellbeing, such as relaxation techniques, mantra, or yogic philosophy. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, Danni’s approachable and inclusive teaching style ensures a supportive and empowering experience for everyone. Online classes are included with all memberships.

What to Know • To attend the class, log in to the zoom link sent to you in your booking confirmation • Please mute your microphone once the class has started • Make sure your camera is set up so your teacher can see you • You do not need to see your teacher clearly, but please make sure you can hear them. • Please read and sign our liability waiver before your class. You can find this in your confirmation email. Cancellations and Refunds • Refunds will only be issued if your session is cancelled by The Home of Holistics. • Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 3 hours before the class start time. • You can reschedule your class up to a maximum of 3 times. After this, your class will be cancelled and offered to someone else and will not constitute a refund. • Members will be charged the full rate of the class for no shows.
